Three ways to pull an Invite in — pick the one that fits where you are.

One-time install (~60 sec). Adds a "📤 Send to YourCSM" button inside FileInvite. Click it on any Invite — files arrive here in seconds, no Downloads folder.

Set up your own key in ~2 minutes:
Go to console.anthropic.com → API Keys, sign in or sign up.
Add billing under Settings → Billing (a key won't work without credit).
Click Create Key, copy the sk-ant-… value.
Paste it above and Save — we validate it live.
📨 FileInvite Integration — Phase 4A (Drive shortcut, no API negotiation)
Setup (one-time, no API negotiation needed):
In FileInvite: Settings → Integrations → connect Google Drive → set per-client sync to a single parent folder.
Each client invite creates a sub-folder under that parent.
Paste the Drive parent folder ID above + tick the box.
YourCSM polls every 30min, auto-imports new sub-folders as clients, and tags docs with _source: 'fileinvite'.
Phase 3 workflows can now react to file.received { source: 'fileinvite' } — the Pre-Assessment Auto-Pipeline template is wired for this.
Phase 4B (direct webhook + two-way create-FileInvite-request) waits on you opening FileInvite enterprise API access.
Loads on Settings open. All workflows are OFF by default — broker opts in.
Workflows respond to events (extraction.complete, audit.passed, etc.) by running action chains. Write actions like "Push to MyCRM" default to approve mode — they prepare the payload, pause, and wait for your ⏸ top-nav badge to action them. auto actions fire immediately. manual never auto-fires.
Error-handling per Make.com's 5-directive model: break (default — abort chain on failure), commit (lock partial success), rollback (reverse reversible prior steps), resume (continue past failure), ignore (no-op).
Visual workflow builder UI coming in Phase 3.2. For now, toggle templates on/off below. Workflows edit via console: S.workflows[i].rules[j].
🔗 MyCRM API — Phase 2 (Tier 1 Leads, self-service)
Tier 1 Leads API — NO compliance approval needed. Self-issue from MyCRM → API Access Management (Principal Adviser only). OAuth 2.0 client_credentials, scope=api.leads, tokens auto-refresh every 60min. The "📤 Send to MyCRM" button on each client uses these credentials to POST a structured lead (contacts + addresses + employments + incomes + expenses + assets + liabilities) directly to /jsonapi/structured-leads.
When ON: bulk uploads of 20+ PDFs get queued to Anthropic's Message Batches API — 50% off the real-time rate with a ~24h SLA. Polls automatically every 5min; results ingest as they complete. Real-time still applies for solo uploads and any non-Claude provider.
Default: OFF (broker opts in per workflow). Skip the toggle if you need same-hour turnaround.

🔎 ABN Verification (Australian Business Register)
Register free at abr.business.gov.au/Register → select "ABN Lookup Web Services" → you'll receive a GUID by email within minutes. This queries the Australian Business Register directly, so the ABN details come from the official government register rather than from a model's guess. It does not verify that the ABN we read off the document was read correctly, and register data can itself be out of date — check the result before you rely on it.
Leave blank to fall back to check-digit validation only.
☁ Google Drive Integration
Setup (one-time): Go to console.cloud.google.com → APIs & Services → Credentials → Create OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Web application). Add this site's URL as an Authorised JavaScript origin. Enable the Google Drive API in your project. Paste the Client ID above.
YourCSM polls this folder every 30 min. New child folders → auto-imported as new applications. Leave blank to disable.
📥 FileInvite Integration
FileInvite delivers uploaded client files into your Drive at My Drive / FileInvite Documents / [Contact] / [Invite] / [Request label]/. Point the watched folder above at FileInvite Documents and YourCSM picks them up automatically.
Walk through setup again — useful after API key changes or for new team members.
